Recreational Attactions Not Applicable
Great location for getting out of town, we rented a car and did not have any major trouble getting out of the city. Also good for walking into the center of Iraklio.

Dining hint Short walk from hotel
There is this wonderful restaurant that serves great greek food for a great price thats about a block away. When you leave the hotel go straight across the street and turn left. Its the last restaurant on this street. Oh and there servings are huge so you might wanna just share one meal between 2 people.

the port is a short walk.and several excellent museums are along the way...the bistros offer wonderful food...reasonable prices?
