Would recommend to a friend!
There is nothing but praise for this hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating and when I had to wait an hour for room service order, it was given to me without charge. Checkout was effortless

We stayed here the night before flying out of Edinburgh. Staff was helpful. Rooms clean. Not charming or pretty but very functional.
