- These suites are located on the ground floor and the first and second floors of the Residence. The view from the 25 m² lounge overlooks a charming inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped. The suite has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge, accommodating up to four people. Our designer bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a washbasin with a separate toilet. The suite on the ground floor includes a bathtub.

- These prestigious 80m² suites are located on the first, second and third floors of the Residence. These suites have a large lounge, a dining room for receiving guests, a separate equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds. The designer bathroom includes a bathtub, and the suite offers separate toilets. One of its bedrooms may be equipped with two twin beds upon request.

- This modern 90 m² duplex is located on the top floors of the residence. On its lower floor, youll find a large lounge, a 40 m² dining room overlooking the courtyard on one side and the street on the other, a fully equipped designer kitchen, a 13 m² double room, a bathroom and separate toilets. A large 18 m² double room with a desk and bathroom is located on the upper floor.

- This enormous 110 m² duplex is on the top floors of one of the buildings of the Residence. A large 30 m² lounge overlooking the courtyard is located on its lower floor, which also includes a dining room, a large equipped kitchen with a table and chairs, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor includes a bedroom with a double bed, an open space with two twin beds and a bathroom with a toilet.
