A $19.00 resort fee per night plus tax will be charged in addition to the reserved rate - it is payable directly to hotel. This fee entitles the guest to free local phone calls, free wireless internet access, free use of lounge chairs and umbrella at the pool and beach per registered guest, free access to pool, Jacuzzi and fitness center, In room coffee and teas, Daily newspaper (Miami Herald or USA Today).

Please note: There is an additional charge of $20 per third and fourth guest over the age of 12. Parking Rate - Effective February 21st our parking rate will be $39/day. Pet Policy - A non-refundable charge of $150 is required, due at check-in for pets up to a maximum of 25 pounds. In addition, should you leave your pet in the room while you are out, please insure the pet in kept in an enclosed pet container. We will gladly arrange with housekeeping the best time to service your room. Late Departure - We now charge $75 for guests who check earlier than anticipated. Check out time is noon: Guests who depart between Noon and 3pm will be charged $75 and Guests who depart between 3pm and 6pm will be charged 50% of that days selling rate. Anyone departing after 6pm will charged that days selling rate.
