At the airport
With Delta Air Lines your Business Elite experience begins before you board your flight. Customers are offered priority check-in at airports, so you get in, pick up your boarding pass and head straight for the comfort and privacy of a Business Elite Lounge. Waiting for your Delta Air Lines flight need not be a chore, instead utilize that precious time to take care of business or just unwind before your flight. As a Business Elite customer, you're also invited to use the Delta Crown Room Club before your trip. Business Elite customers also enjoy the advantage and convenience of priority baggage claim, so you can be on your way faster.
On Board
The Business Elite cabins have been reconfigured to ensure that no passenger is seated in the dreaded middle seat. The specially designed ergonomic seats have a pitch of 60 inches and recline a full 160° to offer you a spacious and comfortable sleeping space. All seats are further enhanced with individual reading lights, a larger tray and a power point. Personal amenity kits provide you with essential natural products and the attentive service of the on-board crew ensure that you feel not just comfortable but truly at home on your flight. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the pleasure of Business Elite travel.
In-flight entertainment
