The other primary mode of transportation is taxis, which are commonly found outside the terminal. Taxi rates start at €3.05, and any fares leaving from or arriving at the airport cost an additional €1.65. Taxi drivers also charge a high fee for any wait time experienced.
Climate in Fuerteventura
The tropical climate of the Canary Islands lead to warm weather and sunshine throughout the year. The rainy season starts in October and runs until March, but the area doesn't experience typhoons or any of the other harsh weather conditions that other islands do.
