Great shopping location
Old hotel with drab room and slow elevators. Great breakfast buffet and super location, near El Teatro Colon and great shopping on Florida street.

Rooms are tired, small and very basic while WiFi was just about non-functional outside of the lobby area. Bed was soft and uncomfortable, air conditioning barely kept the room tolerable in the summer heat and bathroom is very cramped and tight; suitable for one person at a time which is not great for a couple trying to get ready for a day of touring or dinner. All the little things need attention from dirty wallpaper, stained worn carpets, draperies too narrow for the windows and missing hooks, no club chair or sofa in room etc. Staff indifferent and multiple requests necessary for an extra pillow (asked 5 times and it finally arrived on day 3!) No concierge and front desk staff not helpful or knowledgeable about basic city information or details. Breakfast was included and decent. Overall we were extremely disappointed and recommend you stay elsewhere.

Third time visit
Location is awesome. Close to everything. Right at heart of shopping area and trouist section. This was my third trip to Buenos Aires and this hotel was so far best of the three. Other Hotels were also four star but standard were much lower than US hotels. I would definitely use this hotel again on my next trip.

Corner of the hotel there is a steak house which I highly recommend. Hotel resturant doesn't compare to the steak house on the corner and price is about the same as hotel resturant. I had my first dinner at the hotel and second day dinner at steak house on the conrer of the hotel and regret my first night decision.

Good Reasonably Priced Hotel
We were two girls and wanted to stay at an economical hotel. We weren't thrilled by the adult store right across from the hotel, but the location was great. We were close to Florida where all the stores and shopping, as well as the hop-on/hop-off bus started off. It seemed a lot more lively than the areas which only seem to come more to life at night. The breakfast which came with the room rate was extremely good - loved the fruit choices and hot options. The front desk and concierge staff were also great & extremely helpful!

Excellent location
This hotel is in an excellent location, centrally located, very clean, the staff were very attentive, the buffet breakfast one of the best we've seen. The only negatives were the hotel is a little dated and our room was small. But for the 3 days we were there this was not a major challenge. We would certainly recommend it to others. It still ranks as four and a half stars!

We were jiust a short walk to the Florida Street shopping precinct. Everything from top quality shops to a plethora of street vendors. Very centrally located hotel.
