Dining
- Caf ePiccolo
- Divine fragrances greet you as you enter our bright and cheerful Northern Italian eatery, Cafe Piccolo. This cozy bistro serves your favorite Italian classics, in a fun and inviting atmosphere. Take a seat at the bar surrounding our show kitchen, complete with a stone oven for baking made-to-order pizzas. Relax at a comfortable table with a view of the fountain and garden, while savoring a succulent antipasto and a satisfying dinner. This casual restaurant, one of the favorites on Aruba, is perfect for catching up with the family after a day of fun in the sun.
- Ruinas del Mar
- Our signature restaurant transports you to a secluded haven, creating one of the most unforgettable scenes in all of Aruba. A welcoming outdoor patio is bordered by a rustic wall built from indigenous Calichi limestone - resembling a historic stone fort - lending an air of authenticity to our name, Ruinas del Mar. Black swans and Koi Fish swim peacefully around the lagoon, bubbling fountains and a cascading waterfall form a peaceful oasis. Inside, the elegant space offers lovely views all around. Our Chef completes this amazing dining experience, with imaginative twists to traditional, Spanish-influenced dishes; savor the island flavors in each meal. Our lavish Sunday brunch offers an opulent selection, with choices including breakfast classics, carving stations, freshly baked desserts and unlimited champagne and mimosas. Resort Attire. Finish a delightful evening with a tempting dessert and your favorite cocktail or wine from the hotel's extensive selection. Hours: Friday to Wednesday 6:30PM to 10:00PM.
- Cafe Japengo
- Enjoy the best of the Pacific Rim cuisine at our popular Asian restaurant, Cafe Japengo. Named in honor of Marco Polo's original title for the Orient - meaning "Land of Mystery" - this much-heralded locale has garnered critics' approval and awards in locations throughout the United States and now, in Aruba. The contemporary styling of the dining room is the ideal setting for the simple, yet tantalizing plates of delicious food from all around the Orient. Hours - Wednesday to Monday 6PM to 10:30PM.
- Balashi Bar And Grill
- Why leave the comfort of our refreshing pool just because you're hungry? Swim up and grab a bar stool right in the water for a cooling drink, lunch or snack. If you prefer, recline in the shade alongside the pool and enjoy your meal among the light breezes and swaying palm trees. Hours: Daily 10AM to 6PM.

Great getaway
Very nice hotel. Landscape is amasing, better than any other hotel at Aruba. Staff is nice and friendly. We liked being there a lot. Negative is that if you don't get up early in the morning (like 6.30AM) to get a hub on the beach, you might not be able to get shadow place. Other than that it was just great.

Never ever more
I am listing why should you never go there: 1) The carpet was dirty with lots of blur 2) There was a water infiltration on roof inside the room. 3) My room had a side door room which could hear the next door neighbor. I changed room but it did`t help. They put me in another room that had the same middle door. Me and my wife could no sleep at all because the noise. 4) I also could hear very loud people walking and talking in the corridor. The problem is the accustics of hotel. 5) The breakfast was not included. I just found out in the first mornig. 6) Everything was too much expensive. For the price of a bear and water in the hotel you can have a whole meal in the best aruba restaurant. 7) You have to pay in the restaurants/bar 15% service plus tips. If you don t add tips you dont have good service next time.

Can you deal with filthy carpet? Then this is your place!
Aruba is a beautiful vacation spot. This is my second visit. We traveled with a group and the group selected the Hyatt. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The pool is average. (I didn't use the waterslide) The rooms are ordinary - balconys are only in the suites The carpet is grungy lots of stains, we were moved to another room....one with fewer stains but still grungy. The beds are so comfortable! We previously stayed at Marriott and when I come back I will return to the Marriott. I like Aruba a lot more than Hawaii! The food is expensive in Aruba but every dining experience is lovely and delicious.

The hyatt was a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to aruba. The service was excellent and the island tours available were fun. The only downside was the price of food at all the restaurants were very expensive.
