Perfectly positioned on the Murray River, the BEST WESTERN PLUS Hovell Tree Inn is an unbeatable venue for corporate conferences, events, meetings and weddings. This superbly appointed property offers friendly and professional service combined with a superior standard of accommodation and ambience befitting of an award winning property. The BEST WESTERN PLUS Hovell Tree Inn is easily recognized by its large bay windows overlooking landscaped gardens. Located three hours drive north of Melbourne and six hours drive south of Sydney, the airport is ten minute drive. Public transport is just outside our door. The Hovell Tree Inn features 60 guest rooms, spa suites and fully self contained apartments. All of our rooms offer free Austar television, mini bar, data port, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities with toaster, individual Reverse Cycle air conditioner, full size ironing board and iron. Physically challenged room available on request, we also have rooms with balcony on request, guest laundry, wireless and broadband Internet. All rooms are non smoking. The property features a heated outdoor swimming pool and spa, as well as a sauna and indoor spa. Hovell Bar and Grill is known for its excellent cuisine, great selection of wine and warm, friendly, efficient service.

The hotel is well presented, clean

The hotel is well presented, clean and well furnished although it is a good distance from the carpark under the rooms back to the building entrance then back down the corridor depending on where the room is. No concierge/porter service is provided although reception staff are friendly. The hotel does have a restaurant although a 15 minute walk enables local restaurants in the main street to be accessed.
