we were only staying one night but thoroughly enjoyed the luxury @ river views for that short time. Recommend to new Ballina visitors as very central to everything. Loved it @ hope to return.

Got a non river view room when

Got a non river view room when I had paid for a river view room so had to change rooms. New room was wonderful. Only other complaint is the frustration of their swipe cards needing several swipes for every lift and door before working properly. Would definately stay again beautiful property with good quality restaurants very close by.

Offered good value but we thought that the breakfast costing was rather steep.

Very nice room in a quiet location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A great location and perfect to use as a jumping off point for the surrounding district.
