these are apartments, rooms are only serviced every 3 days.
Newcastle seems to have very highly priced hotel rooms when compared to what you get in other places.
Pleasant enough, but nothing exceptional.
Would be nice if they had vacumed under the lounge, which moves very easily.

Excellent staff. Rooms very clean (very particular about bathrooms, very clean). Only complaint was the corridors didn't seem to have the airconditioning working properly, made me feel sick in the heat.

Great location, spacious rooms, surprised at the quality of the evening meal but it was let down by the cooked breakfast which appeared to have sat there for too long. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel in a good location near shops and not far from city centre area. Staff were friendly and breakfast reasonable. Comfortable room and reasonable facilities given this is an older hotel.

Easy to book online.
Easy to find and parking was secure.
Close to Venue and other Newcastle attractions.
Room was good, clean and very comfortable, could have stayed in there all day. :-)

Owner went out of his way to drive us (in his own car) to the wedding (reason we were in Newcastle) after our taxi, which hotel had booked for us 2 hours earlier failed to turn up. We did not have to ask, he just pulled up in his car and drove us to my Nephews wedding. Great sports bar below with nice restaurant and located in a suburban retail area with great shops nearby. Will stay here again.
