More than Meets the Eyes
Having booked a double deluxe, I was assigned a 3rd floor room which required me to carry my luggage from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor. After notifying the receptionist that I had heart problems, she kindly changed my room to the 2nd floor. I've stayed here several times and each time the staff has always been helpful.

The only thing that did not impress
The only thing that did not impress me was the rather untidy appearance to the entrance, otherwise was quite happy with the accommodation

Aaron hotl
The hotel is rather ordinary from the outside but we picked it because of the location, a couple of blocks from Darling Harbor. The room was very basic, but clean and roomy. However, when we settled in and walked around the room we noticied that the carpet was wet. On a closer look, we saw that the chair in the eating area was filled with water from an overhead leak. We told the desk person about this and they immediately responded by relocating us in a bigger ande nicer room./

The service desk was friendly
The service desk was friendly and helpful. A really great location, on the doorstep of Chinatown and opposite Paddy's market. Basic accomodations but fairly clean. Rooms not very sound proof, can hear lots of noise in corridors and surrounds, ok for deep sleepers like me... Price was ok.

Perfect spot. comfy bed. clean
Perfect spot. comfy bed. clean sheets. fan hard to switch on for me but not partner. great patio area - might need to get the floor boards straightened though for party goers! Ironing board unstable. were not given face washers or bath mat. airy and cool. would come again for sure.

I have stayed twice in this hotel
I have stayed twice in this hotel but everytime I have been into the corridor it always smells like a smoky smell which is irritating. Good staff. Only some improvements in bathroom will make me very happy. Shower head it low so that anyone with height would have some sort of problem.

our sink was not cleaned during
our sink was not cleaned during our stay, and on one occasion, the bed was not made when i got back to the hotel in the pm. but other than that the stay was comfortable and i will come again.

Room was very small , at the front
Room was very small , at the front of the hotel so very noisy very early in the morning. The location was excellent did not have breakfast this was not a problem as across the street great breakfast very cheap. would stay here again but would request a room towards the back of the hotel.

We got his hotel on sale so our
We got his hotel on sale so our price for it was good for this area. Great Location - close to Central Station, China Town and Restaurants, Darling Harbour and bus is easy into CBD or can walk in fairly easily. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was average size and average cleaning service. The only problem we found was that our rooms were at the back and backed on to a very noisy busy alley way. Noisy trucks etc at 3 and 4 in the morning. I would recomend this hotel and would stay here again but next time I would ask for front rooms to see how they were regarding noise levels.
