Very friendly and helpful staff

I picked up an $89 deal at Aarons
I picked up an $89 deal at Aarons when we were in transit from Brisbane to China. The location was great , being near Central Station aand we were very happy with our two night stay.

I recently had a 3 night stay
I recently had a 3 night stay at Aaron's Hotel and found it met my needs perfectly. It's clean, and the staff were helpful. I didn't eat there or use the internet (which you had to pay extra for), and the only downside for me was the street noise as Aarons is only 2 stories high and you can't escape it. The rooms are fairly basic but all I needed was a good bed and a hot shower and they certainly provide that. There's a food court opposite for a good breakfast (I recommend Dooleys) and its open til 7pm so you can grab a bite there in the evening if it suits. I was attending a Trade Fair at Darling Harbour and was able to walk to and fro in 10 minutes which was great. Central and Town Hall Stations are also a 10 minute walk away, so the rest of Sydney is at your fingertips.

Great location and great value
Great location and great value for money. Hotel though tired provides clean basic accommodation and amenities for the price you pay.

Great location with some flaws
Anybody complaining about the noise in this hotel should avoid booking a room in the heart of Chinatwown next time (surprise!). Bus stops are two minutes away and City Market with a good food court is just opposite the hotel. For the thirsty crowd, there is even a bottle shop two doors away. Service was very friendly, and the only negative thing to mention is the dicey cleaning team. I had nose bleeding in my second night and had to sleep in the stained linen for the rest of my stay:-( Apart from that, Aarons is good value for the money

My only comment with a negative
My only comment with a negative content would be the closeness to the street behind the hotel to the room i occuoied with the garbage area undereath the window. having the trucks come at 6-30am Sunday morning was a wakeup call.

Budget rooms very small and old,
Budget rooms very small and old, but clean and comfortable. Ideal if you only want somewhere to sleep,but not suggested if you wish to spend time and relax at the hotel
