great location
the picture on the [...] website shows 2 double beds in a big room but we got 2 single beds in a tiny room. Staff is friendly but not the management. Fantastic location and walking distance to train station and the harbor. Lovely market in front. The bar in the hotel was not as nice as described.

The location is great being just
The location is great being just opposite Paddy's Markets and right in the middle of Chinatown. The room I had was well maintained,although it was small and the windows did not lock.The bed and tv were great.

Fairly noisy for the two rooms
Fairly noisy for the two rooms that we had on level 4. Was rather disappointed with the service of not providing rooms closer to one another (for a family of 4) when this was requested a week before and a day prior (were going to be on different floors). Luckily another staff member happily fixed up the situation for us. Great that they found and returned a lost wallet and not accepting a reward. Otherwise, great location.

Central accommodation
The hotel was very neat and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. I attended training and shopped and ate at local resturants. It is central to trains, walking distance to lots of attactions. I have stayed in many hotels and was happy with the services staff and room.

Staff were excellent...very friendly
Staff were excellent...very friendly & helpful. The hotel building is old & therefore old fashioned style. It would have been nice if the room had an openable window & some natural light but this comment wouldn't apply to every room. I'd be happy to stay again if I got a room with that window. Location close to both light rail & monorail stops is very handy so it's only a few minutes ride to Convention Centre & Darling Harbour. Chinatown is also just a few minutes walk away.
