Four Points By Sheraton Darling Harbour Sydney

check in was great and freindly. Received a free upgrade to a harbor facing room. The location is outstanding. close to everything by walking distance. The room... not so great. The room I had smelled of old wet carpet. I called housekeeping. she came in and said, yes this room does smell very bad. and she put some carpet fresh on it. in about one hour, the room smelled like a combo of cheap perfume and wet carpet. Not good. I asked to be changed and the front desk was very polite and moved me to an upper floor that had been remodeled. Room was OK..

Good business hotel, rooms are standard fare. Stayed in s harbour view room (worth the extra) as the views over darling harbour are spectacular. Gym average but functional. Needs a pool.

Clean rooms, great location. I enjoyed the easy access to the harbor.

This was a nice hotel-rooms were small, but okay. Free wifi in the lobby which was nice. The buffett was over priced for the food- not impressed. Service from the staff was impecable, always greeted with a smile and very helpful at every turn! Bravo! Overall the hotel is in a great location; walking distance to downtown, Darling harbour, restaruants, pubs etc. most certainly a great location to stay while in Sydney.

Location-Excellent Employees-Pleasant and Friendly Rooms-Old and outdated-letter left in room was that all rooms have been outfitted with new flat screen TV's yet my room still has old TV Internet-$24.00 a day!!!! Breakfast-$35.00 Laundry-2 shirts/2 pants/1 t-shirt $70.00 Repairs needed in room? Upon checkin my old TV wasn't working had to call three times (once an hour) before someone showed up. When they showed up they had nothing with them. Took another hour to repair In the end the great location and freindly employees are noth worth the overall costs for the extra services and slow response to handle simple repairs to the room

Central location but difficult to access via one ways. No valet parking, therefore you have to drive around several one ways to enter parking from another street.which is inconvient.

Unhelpful reception staff, tired rooms, just generally a poor experience.

Just the right spot on the city side of Darling Harbour. I could have paid a lot more in the same area for lesser hotels. Very clean and well maintained property with a friendly and helpful staff. Adequately equipped fitness center which is very important to me when I travel.

The hotel was all I expected and more. We arrived early in the morning and did not even had to ask for an early check-in, our room was ready. The service and staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. I believe the breakfast is the best I have ever had in my life! The rooms were clean and tidy, but can use renovation. The location is perfect. I would have enjoyed a swimming pool. Totally recommendable for business and leisure!
