The most centrally located hostel in Sydney, Jolly Swagman Backpackers Hostel is famous for providing safe, clean, cheap accommodation. Great social life and a Sydney backpacker experience not to be missed. Nice walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and all of Sydney's tourist attractions and events are on your doorstep. Meet the friendly staff for help with work, Sydney day tours and travel including bus passes, east coast travel packages and more. Free breakfast, free airport pick up 5am - 8.30pm(minimum stay 2 nights), 24 hour internet access, WIFI.

the tv room was good but it was

the tv room was good but it was also v dirty. my clothes stunk after sitting in there. the staff sucked, they were not helpful and set me wrong on a number of occasions. lots of dumb rules. the location is in a residential area so you can't make any noise at all. bathroom / toilets not v clean. i have stayed in much better backpackers and i would never stay here again.
