Location
The McLaren Hotel is ideally located in the heart of North Sydney, close to Sydney's harbour and northern beaches, private schools, public transport, shops and park.
Rooms
The original building is a stately mansion, housing 11 rooms including the magnificent Tara Suite. Behind and linked by a wonderful light filled atrium.

- Standard room is spacious and comfortable with King or Queen bed. All rooms have air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini bar, tea & coffee, full private facilities. The hotel has wireless internet coverage. The style is low-rise country guesthouse feel. With only 27 rooms, service is efficient and personal.

McLaren is a good venue for traveller
McLaren is a good venue for traveller on a budget. Continental Breakfast for $7 is great value! Deluxe room very comfortable. Port and Sherry in the Lounge room a nice touch. Would stay again!

A cosy hotel that was perfect
A cosy hotel that was perfect for our needs and reasonably priced. The service is good and very helpful. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance.

Reception Staff are very polite,
Reception Staff are very polite, helpful & friendly. Expected room facilities to have been a little more: check that your room has a mini bar fridge, LCD TV or reverse cycle airconditioning! Hotel is quaint and located on a treelined street being a short walk around the block to everything; restaurants, cafes, shops, businesses & transport.

My only complaint was being served
My only complaint was being served unpitted prunes for breakfast on which I broke a tooth. Otherwise I found the hotel comfortable and the receptionist who booked me in was very helpful.

ホテルからノースシドニー駅まで通そうで結構近い。景色が良いのでそう感じるのかもしれない。ホテルスタッフの対応も非常にフレンドリー。一番奥にある日当たりのいい庭付きの部屋（１７？）でしたが、気持ちの良い毎日を送ることができました。近くにおいしいイタリアンとジャパニーズタパス居酒屋があります。駐車場代もただのようですし、またシドニー滞在の折には利用したいと思います。
