The entrance foyer lifted expectations
The entrance foyer lifted expectations that the rooms did not live up to. Room was rather tired but bed comfortable. Great position for seeing central Sydney

We will definitely be back and
We will definitely be back and will highly recommend it to others. The location was superb!!a short stroll to both Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. It is opposite Wynyard station and all the buses are right outside the front door.The entrance is warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. The rooms and bathrooom appeared a bit small but were clean and adequate and the beds were extremely comfortable .The concierge ,Andrew , went above and beyond with helping us to store our luggage and organizing airport transfers. We will definitely be back.

A very good experience. Heating
A very good experience. Heating a little bit of an issue as we were unable to turn it up but did not detract from stay. Restaurant excellent. Room very comfrotable.

room was cold ,don't think the
room was cold ,don't think the heating was working,ordered extra blankets not even a doona on the bed .now the bed, it sagged in the middle and it must have been the smallest double we have slept in don't know how they get the star rating..the morningof check out the line was out the door .we had to wait because we had to pay for car park.....

We had some difficulties with
We had some difficulties with our accommodation. We had an extra rollaway in our room which was not requested or required and had to have it removed. They accidentally cancelled our second room on our second stay and gave us an upgrade to a room where the phone did not work and could not be fixed. They offered us another room which we declined as we had unpacked for our three day stay. Our room cards did not work so they had to be redone. The rooms were quite ordinary and old for what we paid. I was disappointed. The location is excellent.

Excellent position with Darling
Excellent position with Darling Harbour and Circular Quay within walking distance. Catching the train from the airport takes you to the front door at Wynyard station. Clean hotel, rooms could be warmer during winter.

Employees are nice & Location is FAB!
When we arrived the employees all came out of there way to great us. Our hotel room was clearly in the "older section" as we had to pass the first set of elevators & go up the back ones. Beds were very hard & squeaky Bathroom was really outdated & rather ugly (kinda looked dirty, although it wasn't, because it was so old) Fantastic location! Shopping, dining, pubs, The Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour all within walking distance.
