- Located opposite the Manly Warringah Rugby League Club, close to Warringah Mall,Magnificant Northern Beaches of Sydney and some of Sydney's best Golf Course. FROM AIRPORT - Exit airport and turn right into Southern Cross drive. Follow onto the Eastern Distributor, and over the Harbour Bridge or Harbour Tunnel. Once past the bridge or tunnel,One can take the left exit marked Manly. After that one has to turn right onto Military Rd. Continue along Military Road over the Spit Bridge. Follow signs to Brookvale (NOT Manly), eventually one will flow into Condamine St, which eventually become Pittwater Rd just past Warringah Golf Course , once on Pittwater Road the turn off to Victor Rd is 1.5km past Warringh Mall Shopping Centre on the left(or the second left past Brookvale oval). One can take the next left into Federal Pde (just past the leagues club), follow this short rd to the end and turn left into Victor Rd.

A pleasure to stay at. The staff were very helpful and the rooms very comfortable. Located about 6km from Manly and a very large shopping center a short stroll away. What else could you ask for.

It did very much what it said
It did very much what it said on the tin, nothing special, but served a purpose for a weekend stay for catching up with friends. Little bit cheeky to brand it as being in Manly though, as it is actually in Brookdale and Manly is a $20 cab fair away

Good place to stay and good value.

The motel was just what we wanted
The motel was just what we wanted for a very good price. It was close to the location of a function we were attending, and also close to family. There was initially some confusion about whether breakfast was included, but this was settled quickly and professionally. The breakfasts were excellent. Parking was cheap.

Overall, it is value for money
Overall, it is value for money (booked through Rates to Go. The room is spacious and facilities are good. However, there is a lingering stale smell in both the bedroom and the bathroom. If fresh cleaning cloth is used for each room, the problem may be solved.

I thought it was expensive and
I thought it was expensive and was annoyed I had to pay additional costs for parking. At a rate of 152 dollars per night I would assume that breakfast would be included.
