Vibe Hotel, Sydney
We arrived before check in time, but were given our room immediately which was a great welcome as we arrived on an over night flight and were dirty and tired. The hotel is within walking distance to everything - museums, ferries, great restaurants, historical sites etc. It was easy to plan your day - museum in the morning - rest briefly at the hotel - ferry to the beach in the afternoon.

There were many fine restaurants within a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel provided business cards with directions to about 20 of these.

When we arrived, in the pouring
When we arrived, in the pouring rain, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They happily lent us an umbrella so that we could explore Sydney on foot, and were very helpful when we needed help getting around. The free upgrade was awesome!! Will definitely stay there again.

None of the above made this hotel a great place to stay, what made my stay really enjoyable was the staff. I could not fault them. They were so friendly and helpful. Great staff make for a great place to stay We had a lovely weekend.

Awesome hotel. Service was excellent
Awesome hotel. Service was excellent but do not eat the food, both overpriced and very dissapointing. Room was enormous and modern, air-con worked great and not one complaint to be made! Definately will, and am, staying here again! Highly recommended!
