Very handy to airport, meal at restaurant saved having to go and find somewhere to eat but was pretty average. Roast meal was too small. Only stayed one night for convenience of leaving for airport early morning. Facilities pretty dated, needs a makeover. Staff extremely helpful and obliging.

Not good value for money. Rooms
Not good value for money. Rooms are very dated. We were at the front of the building on the second floor with busy Kingsford Smith Drive outside of our room. It was noisy all night. With heavy suitcases to manage and no lift it wasn't a pleasant o/n stay.

Best Western Hacienda
Hotel was in a poor location and next to an extremely busy highway. The hotel is dated, very much in need of upgrade and is not suitable for a business traveller. Business services were either poor or non-existent (US$12 per day for wireless internet that provided such a weak signal that it was worthless). Hotel restaurant is a throw back to the 80's but then there are very few choices nearby

After arriving from a late flight
After arriving from a late flight to find the Hotel was not as close as stated we we were put in a room that was very disappointing for the money we paid. The accomidations were very low standard. The room smelled, the shower was a hole in the floor with aq curtain accros it. The all night long we were awoken to a man screaming and threatening to kill someone. The standards of this Hotel did not reflect the star rating it was given. Needless to nsay we would not stay nor recommend this Hotel.

Fine for a general standard Motel.
Fine for a general standard Motel. After hours check in and out were very convenient and the staff member was pleasant. The room was clean but very well used. Every thing worked especially the air con. Unfortunately it is on a mian road with large trucks changing gear outside form early morning. There is no sound proofing. Other rooms may be better. If you arrive late do not expect to sleep in!

An OK stopover hotel but not really
An OK stopover hotel but not really close enough to the airport - a $25 + taxi ride or shuttle (no shuttle pickup from the airport), basic and reasonably priced.
