bad conditions, bad service
we, a group of three, stayed in the hotel for two nights. two of the three rooms could not connect to internet. after more than 2 staffs' lenthy fix, we had to change rooms to get on internet. the condition of the hotel is plain and old. we were told that they would charge us $10/night for internet service only when we checked out. and we got overcharged since we only used 3 nights#2+1# for internet but they charged us $60.

Good Stay
Room well-equipped with kitchenette. Hotel parking facility is difficult to find (uses narrow back streets), difficult to navigate, and uses car-elevators for parking.

convenient place, but...
This hotel was close to central station, and also central Brisbane. It was convenient. But room itself was not so good. At first, It might come from old ness of machine, it took time to open the door of room. Some times, It took 3-5 minute and once, I had to change the key. The cleeness of the room was not enough. Someones hair were stick to bathtab and some insects were in there, too. I will not recommend this hotel in future.

Weeklong Trip
I was upgraded to a larger room upon checking in as they noticed i would be there for seven nights. although i had to wait till after check in time because they had not yet finished cleaning. Very close to the mall, grocery stores and easy to walk anywhere you'd like.

Had to wait as only 1 person on
Had to wait as only 1 person on at reception to check in and check out guests. Thank goodness it was not busy. no place to park while checking in.

The room we were given had a king
The room we were given had a king bed instead of the twin we had ordered. While we were out an attempt was made to convert the big bed to 2 singles, whereupon the bed head fell off the wall revealing some very sharp screws where my head would be. We were given another room, not nearly as nice as the first one, and not well set up - no towels, shortage of china, only one blanket. These defects were all made good - but my towel had a big hole in it! Service was very cheerful.
