- Valet car parking is available at a charge of $30 per day. Vehicle access to valet parking is via Burnett Lane off Adelaide Street. Turn left from Adelaide Street to Albert Street (shared pedestrian zone), and right onto Burnett Lane. Drive three quarters of the way up the lane and the hotel is on the left hand zone. Parking is on a "First come first served" basis and is subject to availability, limited parking available in May and No car parking will be available at the hotel from 01st June due to redevelopment. Alternative parking can be found at The Myer Centre open 24 hours. Please see reception to validate you ticket for special rates. Bag drop off is still available at Burnett Lane.

Tired
Getting old and tired situated in a bad spot if you have to drive to the hotel. Not easy to find with a car.

Single Brit lady
Excellent location
The hotel is in a good location but is very tired. The whole floor, floor 7 smelt damp and musty. It had a horrible view over buildings. Bathroom very tired and the sink seemed grubby. The receptionist was perfectly pleasant. I would not eat breakfast as restaurant is below ground level and really dark. No free wifi which in these times is just wrong. The pool terrace was dire. I had planned a swim but the whole area was so tired. It needs a major refurb. Good value for an Australian city though.

The hotel has an excellent position
The hotel has an excellent position for those guests wanting to shop and be close to the Mall - couldn't get any closer! The deluxe queen room was a good size but rather shabby. The bed was comfortable. What apppeared to be an internet connectio was out of use. The safe in the wardrobe was out of order and appeared to have been so for some time. The bathroom was not up to standard. There was a problem with the toilet not flushing and the shower/bath drain semi blocked - both problems fixed by the time we left after 2 nights. The whole room needed a refurbish to match other hotels charging similar prices. The dining room was worth visiting - good meals although this time our choice was wrong for us.
