Staff were wonderful. Stay was
Staff were wonderful. Stay was very comfortable, despite room size being small. I reported a faulty bed lamp which was not fixed the next day as promised. I reported a malfunctioning electric kettle which was immediately exchanged for a functioning one. I would definitely stay here again when in Brisbane.

Was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The rooms are quite small, but the hotel felt like a small boutique hotel, with fresh flowers at reception and on each floor, fresh fruit available and chocolates on our bed from the turndown service. Good area, just a little walk up the hill from Central station.
