The staff were fantastic, helpful

The staff were fantastic, helpful and kind. Location is just a walk from the wonderful Roma Street Parkland - this is a fabulous place of peace and tranquility. Cleaners very noisy in the mornings lots of door banging. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. Room service prompt but expensive.

This hotel was clean, tidy and

This hotel was clean, tidy and amenities that you would expect from any 4 star hotel. The security was excellent in that you could not access the elevators without an access card. I did not try the food as it was a little expensive, however it did have a more economical light meal menu. The bathroom was a little cramped so if there was more than 2 sleeping in the room it would be too small. The hotel is located at the top end of Wickham Terrace. If the hotel stated it address was (near Roma Street parklands), it would be clearer to the client. It is a good choice of hotel for anyone travelling by rail, only 700meters from Roma Street Station.

great location, really good size

great location, really good size rooms, free local bus to the CBD just around the corner or a short walk. The only problem was the $20.00 a day car parking a bit high.

The food in the restaurant was beautiful, but I would have liked more of a menu choice at the bar. Pool/spa area was very appreciated after walking up all those hills!

I thought the staff very helpful.

I thought the staff very helpful. The hotel room was clean and roomy. Only one thing that bothered me was that I booked a triple room and had two queen size beds which meant that two of my guests had to sleep together and there were not enough towels which meant a call to the reception desk. The facilities were excellent. The location of the hotel was good i need to do my homework a bit more as i have a bad leg and couldn't walk very far overall a good hotel.
