Checkin took forever. There was
Checkin took forever. There was only one person behind the desk an about 5 customers waiting for service. The spa was not as hot as I would have liked and the pool gate didn't automatically lock. Breakfast was nice.

The building does not cater for
The building does not cater for smokers. There was a 4 metre clear smoke free zone which meant i had to stand in the street to have a smoke. Wouldn't go back for this reason.

A very good value hotel. The staff play a huge part in this. They are "can do" and friendly. I amk a business visitor to Brisbane and will consider staying there again.

Hotel Grand Chancellor was in process of renovating rooms which will be great as they are getting a little tired. Still very clean despite builders working just along the hall. Good price, good location.

Its relatively convenient for someone who know CBD-SpringHill area, otherwise, its a bit out of the way. Great views from the balcony, but the out door chairs were not clean & uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our very short one night
Enjoyed our very short one night at the hotel, the room was very comfortable, good views, modern bedding. Only gripe was the rooftop pool and spa were freezing, I thought the spa would be heated. Other than that a great place to stay
