This is a really lovely hotel
This is a really lovely hotel and the staff were very pleastant, courteous and helpful. their breakfast was great with plenty of options. The hotel is high on the hill overlooking the city and the views were nice. Rooms were clean, airy and quiet. Very enjoyable.

Its relatively convenient for someone who know CBD-SpringHill area, otherwise, its a bit out of the way. Great views from the balcony, but the out door chairs were not clean & uncomfortable.

Food and wine was a bit overpriced.
Food and wine was a bit overpriced. I had a Superior Room which was anything but, needed decorating, bathroom average etc. The balcony was extremely small. No music channels on TV. Otherwise fine.

Everything we needed for a one night stay. Lovely room with balcony and was very affordable. Breakfast was fine basic buffet but was all tht you needed.

Checkin took forever. There was
Checkin took forever. There was only one person behind the desk an about 5 customers waiting for service. The spa was not as hot as I would have liked and the pool gate didn't automatically lock. Breakfast was nice.
