The room we got was very smelly
The room we got was very smelly and the noise from another apartment facing us was almost unbearable. Location is great and thats about it.

Very good facilities and Office
Very good facilities and Office staff extremely accommodating in reassigning me a room on the sixth floor (from 16th floor to which there was no lift access due to flood damage to lifts accessing 15th floor upwards) after I explained the large amount and weight of my luggage.

The Oaks Festival Towers was very well priced and located right in the CBD. My Room had excellent views of the River and nightscape. The stay was very enjoyable and will be repeated.

The central location is well serviced
The central location is well serviced by trains and buses and is within easy walking distance to South Bank. The Botanical Gardens are just two blocks away. The Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Our apartment was well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and oven. Views of the river from balcony.
