Great hotel, parking is expensive,
Great hotel, parking is expensive, but it is centrally located in the heart of Brisbane. Nice touch with the open balcony.

Stayed there for 2 nights. We
Stayed there for 2 nights. We arrived relatively early at 10am. Receptionist could of check us in any earlier than 2pm (which was slightly annoying). The staff were friendly and helpful with luggage storage and parking. Hired out a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was brilliant. Very well presented. Decent size bedrooms with king size bed in both. Very comfortable. The kitchen and living room were of decent size with appropriate equipment. The only let down was the shower - it wasn't cleaned very well. Had moulds in the corner of the floor and between the tiles. Overall good stay. Location is relatively central. Will book again.

More of a small apartment than
More of a small apartment than a hotel. Well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen stuff. Great views from corner enclosed balcony. Very comfortable. Right in the centre of the city. On the down side, the street entrance is often closed and requires a pass tag to enter (and they will only give you one). And when I first arrived there was no answer to the entry phone, and was stuck waiting on the street till another guest, with a pass tag, arrived. The staff at reception seemed stressed out and overworked.

Had very nice room with good view

Terrific hotel and excellent position
Terrific hotel and excellent position to walk anywhere inner city to eat and tourist. Mall 2 blocks away too. Staff friendly. Lifts hot and slow. Pool facilities with BBQ's great - easy to stay longer there.

Very good location - 2nd time
Very good location - 2nd time there - perhaps just a little bit over priced. Very confusing car parking for first timers and staff do not give good instructions for using the car park. Apart from that - it is fine.

Great central location - very
Great central location - very handy to shops, cafes, mall. Nice pool/bbq area - much better than similar hotels in the CBD. Have stayed a few times and will stay again mainly for the great location.
