The room was better than expected.
The room was better than expected. the free 3 hour wireless internet worked very well. Bathroom very clean. Bed was very comfortable. easy location to city and public transport. I would stay again.

I booked an 'executive room' for
I booked an 'executive room' for last week and we had no access to in-house movies, the lamp was broken and the phone didn't work. I had assumed the room would be a little upmarket being an executive room. The on call manager gave us another room on the second night so we could watch a movie and was very polite and helpful. My daughter is pregnant so we didn't want to go too far hence wanting inhouse movie. Also the phone in the other room didn't work either. But we enjoyed our stay non the less. Just a little maintenance needed on the motels part.

Facilities were basic, complemetary
Facilities were basic, complemetary stuff in room was basic and interiors were a little worn, but location was great for city and southbank access.Staff were efficent and friendly.

It was a gr8 stay but at 3am sun
It was a gr8 stay but at 3am sun 26th a drunket woke me up banging mently on my door. When i opened the door said Soory Mate and staged off i did not sleep afer that encounter.

The cleaner changed the sheet
The cleaner changed the sheet but it had 3 black dirty marks & 1 small red stain???? I think the sheet hadnt been laundry or the cleaner made an accident using old sheet. Beside this the hotel is pretty good.
