the Marque Hotel Brisbane provides
the Marque Hotel Brisbane provides a reasonably priced Hotel, in a very convenient location for all the attractions of Brisbane. The staff were very pleasant and helpful,and the rooms very comfortable. the swimming pool although small was perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip and in a small but private garden, ideal for a quiet hour with a good book.I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel

I thought it was over rated for
I thought it was over rated for the price, an old room , coat of paint and new bathroom, breakfast was $15, good price, but they ask you if you would like some eggs, when you go to pay the bill, the eggs were $5 extra per day, a bit rich. I would not stay there again.

not enough reception staff in
not enough reception staff in busy periods had to wait as only one person on. the room we were allocated when the key put in the door someone was in the room already the desk staff mixed up the keys and room number tags was a shock to find someone in what we though would be an empty room bit of a security risk my Mum did not feel safe staying at this hotel because of this incident we did stay though they upgraded the room to a riverview that was nice but staff need to ensure keys are check and double checked. Overall a pleasant stay

My room was located beside the lift shaft, but the noise was not too bad. The service was constantly pathetic - the manager needs to monitor his staff and sack a few of the slack team members.
