Hotel should not be promoted as 4 star. More appropriate to be an average 3 star one. Over all much below our expectation for a 4 star one. As we stayed in a Executive River View room, views were good from 13th floor.

We definitely will not book that hotel again. Over all much below our expectation. One of the executive river view room given had multiple places on the roof where from water was dribbling on the floor. Though we were given an upgrade on that one but our impression of the hotel was marred. Parking entry at the hotel is pathetic. Only good thing was, as we stayed in a Executive River View room, views were good from 13th floor.

Old Hotel with charm, great location
Old Hotel with charm, great location opposit the casino and close to Queen St Mall for shopping. Faily clean and presentable, outdoor pools and spa was enjoyable. The Hotel catered for our needs for that wek end.

A good average hotel in prime
A good average hotel in prime position for Xmas shopping. The reception staff were helpful, if a little to relaxed at times ie sending us to a lower class of room to the one we actually booked. Our one real complaint was receiving only ONE SET of towels for the two day duration of our stay. Generally speaking a good stay at the right price. Thank you.
