The location was excellent as
The location was excellent as were the friendly staff. A short walk to Queen St Mall, shops and Southbank and also the Casino. Newly renovated bathroom and although small was adequate. A comfortable and quiet place to stay in a very safe feeling area. Would definitely stay here again.

$20 a day for parking was a bit

The only thing that needs a facelift
The only thing that needs a facelift is reception desk. The room itself was great! Friendly staff who go out of their way to help.

I would definitely recommend this
I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay in the centre of Brisbane. It was a short walk to the mall and public transport is convenient (there's a bus stop across the street). I also appreciated the complimentary internet access in the lobby and the staff were kind enought to print off boarding passes for me at no extra charge. My room was very comfortable and my entire stay was pleasant.

The hotel is ok for one or maybe
The hotel is ok for one or maybe two nights. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Overall the facilities are 'tired' despite a facelift to the lobby & bathrooms, and can be noisy. The cafe in the lobby leaves the lingering unpleasant smell of overused cooking oil throughout the entrance - we ate there once and would not do so again - not even for breakfast.
