Attended niece's wedding the area the reception was held was nice. The staff were not quite there literally and figuratively. I have travelled extensively and found this hotel (and any affiliates) I, and others, would never recommend.

Good Location
Not very friendly staff at the Reception - no welcome to the Marque. As a first time stay we didn't know where restaurants, bars etc were and not offered on check-in. Had to ask where the lifts were to get to our room. Key access to room which was occupied - a little embarassing for the guest. Returned to Reception where the front desk staff mumbled 'Sorry Guys" and went on to blame another staff member. Front desk needs a shake up.

not enough reception staff in
not enough reception staff in busy periods had to wait as only one person on. the room we were allocated when the key put in the door someone was in the room already the desk staff mixed up the keys and room number tags was a shock to find someone in what we though would be an empty room bit of a security risk my Mum did not feel safe staying at this hotel because of this incident we did stay though they upgraded the room to a riverview that was nice but staff need to ensure keys are check and double checked. Overall a pleasant stay

Hotel should not be promoted as 4 star. More appropriate to be an average 3 star one. Over all much below our expectation for a 4 star one. As we stayed in a Executive River View room, views were good from 13th floor.

We definitely will not book that hotel again. Over all much below our expectation. One of the executive river view room given had multiple places on the roof where from water was dribbling on the floor. Though we were given an upgrade on that one but our impression of the hotel was marred. Parking entry at the hotel is pathetic. Only good thing was, as we stayed in a Executive River View room, views were good from 13th floor.

While the room size and furniture
While the room size and furniture were very good,we rated the facilities as "bad" becasue of:- faulty AC, poor TV reception, lift noise, lack of bathroom toiletries and old towels, mediocre quality breakfast, no newspaper, difficult car access, and exta cost for parking. All of this makes it not good value for money. It appears to trade off it's good location.

bad bed, staff not helpful
great location, room was clean, double bed was broken, sloped bad, hotel staff had no help on how to get to airport, ( they said take a cab ($50.00) or train, I found a shuttle service for $20.00, neither kid a desk had a clue. Asked to recommend a restaurant, & they sent me the wrong way, guy on street knew more
