Close to airport and only minutes from Skyrail and shopping centre (by car).
Lovely gardens
Standard room had everything we needed for three day stay
Things to watch out for:
Ask for a first or second floor room as 'ground floor' rooms got little sunlight due to height of shrubs / bushes in the beautifully maintained gardens. Undergrowth also meant we did not use balcony as mosquitos were abundant
Without a car this would be difficult to get too / from and some tours do not pickup from Holloway Beach

Do NOT book a studio room, make sure to get a one bedroom and you'll want to get a harbor side room, otherwise you'll be looking into downtown instead of at the water and scenery. WIFI is free butmonlymin the lobby, and there is only ethernet in the rooms. The pool and deck area are small,but adequate, as is the gym. The view from the pool deck is not that great, brochure pictures are deceiving. Lots of great restaurants on the boardwalk on the waterside of the hotel. It's most convenient for boat trips and excursions to the reef.

Location and surrounds are simply stunning. We got a very good price for a Pandanus Bungalow ($199) but I understand that the rooms can be quite expensive. It makes the most of a private rainforest and beach feel with lagoons all around.
Service was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and I understand that it was the first night of a new menu. Easily the best meal I ate while in Cairns! Highly recommend this resort for a quiet relaxing weekend away. A+++

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Roydon Apartments (an Australian owned and operated facility). They were spacious and newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. A 42" LCD TV in the main room and a 32" in the bedroom was a nice surprise. Furniture was very comfy. The manager Eddie was very helpful at checkin and offered great ideas for tours and organising them for us.

Absolutely Gorgeous! Sea Change Apartments have all the comforts of home & more :) Staff were extremely friendly & helped us book the Best Activities to the Great Barrier Reef & the Rainforest. Highly recommend the Helicopter/Dive/Helicopter & Kuranda Rail/Sky trips. Trinity Beach was beautiful and a easy walk to everything & the grocery store will give you a lift back after you purchase your goods, now that's service. Loved everything about Sea Change, Trinity Beach, Cairns...We'll be back :)

If you love to hear the sound of waves gently breaking on the beach and watching the palm trees sway in the warm breeze as you sit on the balcony then Agincourt Beachfront Apartments is the perfect place to stay. The apartments are modern, clean, comfortable and well fitted. The location is ideal being close to quality resturants but only 20 minutes away from Cairns. We loved our stay and will be back next year for a longer stay.

First trip to Australia. Had a great time on the beach. Very relaxing and beautiful views. People very friendly. Rooms were large and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Take the bus to Cairns for $4.80 if you want good shopping.

Located with absolute beach frontage, the units are of an older style but kept in good condition and located close to all facilities shops restaurants etc. The resort includes a well maintained swimming pool, barbeque area and tennis court. The couple that manage the units couldnt be more friendly or helpful. The room rates are also very competitive.

It would be very good if an exhaust fan was fitted to the bathroom- as it becomes excessively steamy quite quickly. Friendly service, and arrangements to pick key up late at night worked very well.

Our Tour desk is stocked with many brochures for you to read at your leisure, our management staff can offer expert advice on tours to suit your individual needs, prebooking of tours before arrival is not required. Hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. Nearby restaurant service hours vary per season. Front desk hours: 7:00am-7:00pm. Description
Kewarra Beach Resort is nestled amongst 78 acres of absolute beach frontage, native forests and lush tropical gardens. Situated just 20 minutes north of Cairns, this environmentally sensitive resort hosts an abundance of brightly coloured birds and butterflies. Individual timber bungalows are discretely located in the gardens and on the beachfront. Two Rock pools with spas and waterfalls are set separately in the gardens for guests to enjoy. Kewarra also offers six luxury suites for guests wanting the extra space. The main building, housing the restaurant, foyer and guest lounge/bar, reflects the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Far North Queensland in it's architecture and original works of art.

Nice Hotel, seemed compact with rooms centering round the pool area. Location is great, easy walk to other restaurants etc. Would stay again.

One night stay in Palm Cove for a wedding - so I didn't get to soak in the surrounds as much as I would have liked! The Sebel was great, though. Great location along the beachfront, with very large, spacious room. Loved the size of the bed and bathroom and the leafy layout of the hotel. The pictures of the hotel were an accurate reflection.
My only gripe is with the voucher offer ($50 voucher for spa), the conditions of use weren't provided despite the offer being advertised through hotelclub.com. But in light of the good last minute rate I got, this is a small complaint.
