- Superbly appointed modern themed recently refurbished rooms,in either queen or twin single bedding. Fully air conditioned, LCD TV, daily room service. Rate also inclusive of daily continental buffet breakfast and airport transport pick up fro 7am to 5pm guests to phone on their arrival into Cairns Airport 1800 240 052 to obtain transfer. Also inclusive of free parking

- Beautifully appointed with modern theme the configuration for our family room is master bedroom (queen bedding) with ensuite, connected to another bedroom with two by single bedding. Both rooms are fully airconditioned, have their own televisions. Includes a free continental buffet breakfast and courtesy airport pick up from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays) guests to phone 1800 240 052 on arrival at Cairns Airport to obtain pick up.

Comfortable, quiet, good pool, not too far from town & bus stop nearby. Free breakfast, but no other meals available. Showers have poorly designed floors sloping to a nearly central waste, meaning a lot of the floor gets quite wet. Free shuttle BUT, very limited hours. Check first.

Basic accommodation, close to centre
Reception closes in the evening, therefore they will leave the key in a safe box for pick up. Unfortunately there is little that can be done when there is something wrong with the room. My room had not been cleaned since the previous guest, however this was fixed the next day after communicating with the front desk. Phone was not working, AC very noisy and some crawling insects in several areas of the room. Overall a 1-2 star accommodation.

Enjoyed our weeks stay , the staff
Enjoyed our weeks stay , the staff were very helpful with good facilities such as pool and court yard area, washing machines-dryers. The room was clean,tidy and well set out but the air conditioner was a little weak. Good off road parking and a quite location made for an enjoyable stay.

rooms are small but ok for one
rooms are small but ok for one night stopover & price. Maintenence needs attention big time !!Good location but i think i'll look elsewhere on next trip.

"Average,average,and the low"
We had late checkin.....nowbody at the desk! After a phone call,we were directed to a hard to open safebox with our keys in it.since the does not have elevator,we had to drag our 4 heavy luggage to the 3rd floor!! Rooms had no inside bath,othervise average.

The hotel was a pleasure to stay
The hotel was a pleasure to stay at with the staff all being very friendly and helpful. The rooms we all had (party of 5) were more than adequate, all being clean and the shared toilet facilities were clean.The continental breakfast was good and started each day perfectly. Many thanks to all for making our stay an enjoyable experience.
