The staff were very friendly. In particular Eddie, who was extremely helpful with booking tours and giving us tips on where to go etc. The rooms were clean, however did have a few insects crawling around the place. Otherwise the apartment was quite clean. Probably would not stay here again, would rather pay a little more and stay somewhere a little nicer. Good for a family or if you are on a budget.

Our room was a studio apartment
Our room was a studio apartment and it was absolutely superb for the 4 days that we were in Cairns. It was located only 5 minutes or so from the main centre of town and the apartment was a great size with a fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying machines, lovely lounge area, fantastic shower and a nice big bedroom. The hotel also has a small pool which is great for cooling down after a hot day in the Cairns heat. I think the normal price would have been $125 per night which would actually have been stretching our budget at the time but we managed to get a 2 nights, 3rd night free deal which made it more affordable and, in my opinion, very good value for such a good place to stay. Needless to stay, I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable self contained acc
Comfortable self contained accommodation for longer stays in Cairns. Handy to everything, within walking distance of CBD, Esplanade etc. Will definitely stay there again. Only comment is that fridge could have been larger.

An excellent place to stay in
An excellent place to stay in Cairns - very helpful staff and is close to the CBD and easy walk to departure wharf for trips to the Great Barrier Reef etc.

It is a old hotel, but it is very clean.....The people there are very nice to help us with all the bookings for our trip! Besides, it is quite near the a restaurant which served food on hot rocks. About 15 mins to central place & wharf terminal. There is a small swimming pool, that we can relax after whole day trip in the evening. BBQ facility has been located near the swimming pool. The amazing thing is the studio room has all the kitchen facilities, which is very impresive to us.

1bedroom+LDKに4泊しました。部屋は広くとても清潔でした。ホリデーアパートメントタイプの宿に初めて泊まったので、大満足でした。 日中しかスタッフはいないようで、夜9時の到着だったため入り口のインターホンで敷地外に住むスタッフを呼んだところ5-10分くらいでナイトマネージャーの方が来てくれました。チェックイン時に予約はキャンセルになっているといわれ多少トラブルがありましたが、宿泊数の変更のため、予約→キャンセル→再予約をした件を伝えたところ、お詫びとして屋外SPA付きの部屋にアップグレ ドしてもらえました。チェックイン時には、近くのスーパーなどを地図に記しをつけて教えてくれ、とても親切にしていただきました。 キッチン付きでしたので、スーパーでオージービーフを買い自炊していました。一度だけ火災報知器を鳴らしてしまいましたが、夜だったためスタッフは来ませんでしたが。 バスタブはなくシャワーとトイレのみですが、広々していました。洗濯+乾燥機 も利用しましたが、一度乾燥機が動かなくなりましたが、リセットボタンを押したところ動き出しました。 ケアンズの中心からは徒歩10-15分とちょっと離れていますが、価格と内容を比べるととても満足しています。また、ケアンズでキッチン+洗濯乾燥機付きで宿泊先を探す場合も滞在したいと思います。
