A pleasing apartment and I would stay here again. A little lacking in some aspects related to the basic housekeeping and somewhat sparse with kitchen utensils however overall the apartment is great and staff friendly. Location is excellent and easily walk into the CBD.

Although the Hotel is a tidy walk
Although the Hotel is a tidy walk (30 mins approx) to Cairns Lagoon, it's well worth it, to stay at such a friendly and excellent Hotel. Very good value for money, the room was very spacious and well laid out, and reception staff (Carla and Tracy) were very helpful. Customer service may be dead in the UK, but in Australia it's alive and well!!! Recommended without exception!

Owners were great very nice people
Owners were great very nice people and nothing was too much trouble we were very happy there and would highly recommend the Reef Palms Appartments. We would certainly stay there on our next trip.

Room, Spa Bath and Services are
Room, Spa Bath and Services are very good. If I have car, parfect location. Breakfast included and deliver it to the room every morning. This is very good service and convenient. Staff are friendly and really flexible. Spa bath room is totaly recommended.

Apart from a poor communication
Apart from a poor communication issue re: plumbing, the unit was an excellent choice and the owners were very helpful and obliging. An excellent local bus service overcomes its distance from the CBD.
