The hotel was in a very good location
The hotel was in a very good location as it was in walking distance of town/esplanade & lagoon one way then to the Pier the other way. All staff were very pleasant and helpful especially the Information centre at the hotel. They had good local knowledge which was much appreciated when it came to anything you want to see or do

About $20 AUS to have a taxi to take you from airport to the hotel. Minutes walk to the city center, very good location. Nice staffs and good cleanliness. Will stay there again if I go back to Cairns.

Fabulous location in a terrific

The room we had was beside a "power"
The room we had was beside a "power" room/cupboard and was quite noisy. Apart from that it was ideal for those few days in Cairns.

2010 Australia Trip
The hotel was overall clean, from the reception to the lobby area, as well as the upstairs and outside in the swimming pool area. I would stay at this hotel again.
