他にはないシステムだと思ったのは、チェックアウトの際に、部屋のごみ捨てと、使用した食器を洗っておかないと、デポジットの＄１００から＄２５がチャージされてしまうという点でした。（チェックインした際に渡される案内の紙に小さく記載してあります）ちょっと驚きましたが、ゴミ捨て場は各階にありましたし、食器は食洗器に放り込んでスイッチオンしておくだけなのでそれほど苦にはなりません。
破格とも思える値段は、こうして人件費を削減しているからこそ実現できるだと納得しました。是非また利用したいと思います。

Beautifully decorated and presented apartment. Close enough for great ocean view. Walking distance to Cavill Mall - centre of Surfers Paradise. Public transport at door - parking facilities great.

We had a one bedroom apartment, perfect position, so close to the beach, shops, restaurants and night life. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. It didn't have air/con but we had a wonderful breeze with the doors open and a great view of the beach,ocean,and pool area.

Perfect location right in the middle of Surfers Paradise. Great views of the city and the hinterland. A bus stop is right next to it if your planning on going to any of the theme parks. Stylish and modern with friendly, helpful staff!

Excellent location and the views from my 20th floor balcony were great! My room was huge with a king size bed which was very comfortable, and the bathroom also had a bath!
Walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe and other Surfers attractions!
No problem parking underneath the hotel @ $8 a night and you can come and go as you like.
I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Limited parking available for guests, I parked in a laneway where I was told by staff only to have my car rear ended. I would not expect a large hotel to have limited parking expecially for the price. Breakfast was not served on time therefore our family missed out because we had to leave early. These were the main reason for staying at this hotel.

The staff at the RACV Royal Pines were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have met anywhere. The accommodation was first class as were the facilities. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wished a great holiday on the Gold Coast.

Great place to stay. Have stayed here on previous business trips to the Gold Coast and shall stay again. Must comment on the HUGE king bed and wonderful pillows!! Well done Radisson. Resort is a little 'remote' but not a problem if you have a rental vehicle. Great breakfast buffet and we enjoyed a very nice dinner at the restaurant and sandwich lunch at the Pro Shop.

the room was very nice- large and comfortable. lovely balcony overlooking the street. wanted to be near skilled stadium so the location was good, less than 5kms away. hotel restaurant prices were fairly high, didnt have anything simple apart from $6 cereal. if you wanted pancakes it was $17 or something. if staying on the weekend eating at the carrara markets is a good option - lots of choices at very reasonable prices. really enjpyed my stay and would def come back

Great location and a nice big apartment, although a little old and tired - could really do with a lot of maintenance and a freshen up. A few little comforts that I consider basic but were missing - a hair-dryer, bath plug, DVD/CD player, a mattress for the pull-out sofa bed etc. We were told that individual owners choose what to put in their units, so it pays to check when you book. Also, our designated car space was at the end of the lower basement carpark and the lift only went to the basement - we had to load our bags into 2 trolleys and push them up a steep driveway to get to the lift. The balcony around the large lounge/dining area gave us beautiful views of the ocean, Surfers Paradise high-rises, and the mountains and sunset in the distance. We booked this resort thinking it was inside the race precinct for the Gold Coast 600, but we were a couple of blocks away. Still, we were in walking distance for both the track and lots of restaurants and attractions.

A good average apartment which is getting a bit dated but in a central location. Rooms serviced every 8 days but apartment has laundry with wmachine and dryer. Staff could be a bit friendlier.

I'm very happy with the service Hotel Club provided. We booked on line but needed the Hotel the same day, so the Customer Service phone guy, was extremely helpful making calls for us to the hotel, ensuring our booking was guaranteed. Ipanema was excellent and we will definitely being staying again.

Very secure apartments right opposite beach. Fantastic views. Free parking! Nice, spacious,modern living area. Only fans no air-con. Lovely warm indoor and outdoor pools, not large but the sea is just opposite with life guards all day. Just a couple of blocks from Cavill Ave. Would recomend this one to anyone.

The apartment was spacious,clean and modern, reception was very helpful and polite. A bit of a walk from Cavill Ave and we found the lifts to be very slow, it seemed Hi Surf had many rules as if they have had trouble with schoolies were $50 fees applied if theses rules were broken, besides leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy manner we had to strip our beds before we left and empty bins etc I have never had to do this before at any hotel. Overall a nice place to stay with everything we needed.

Un superbe accueil à l'image des autraliens et un appartement luxueux pour un prix à la hauteur du petit salarié.
La gold coast est une ville assez longue ; nous avons loué une petite voiture de manière à être complètement autonome. Celà nous a permis de gagner un temps énorme et forcément de l'argent par rapport à toutes nos activités sur 7 jours.( pensez aussi à visiter l'arrière pays de la côte).

Surfers Beachside Apartments are very well located approximately 500metres south of Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The apartments are very close to a patrolled beach beach and Northside licensed surf club is across the road. Car access and secure parking are both very good. All apartments have a northery aspect which gives warm winter sun on the outside balcony. Fans in the bedrooms and reverse cycle air conditioning control the inside climate. The views from our fourteenth floor apartment were superb. The bedrooms are spacious with two bathrooms, full laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable lounge featured a modern LCD TV with Foxtel, including movie channels. The resort featured an outdoor pool and heated spa, tennis court, BBQ area and manicured gardens. On-site managers were helpful and friendly. A great location to stay for a short or long break.

For the price we paid we expected to get free internet access. We book for a 2 bedroom apartment but we only got 1 parking space, therefore the other couple who was staying with us had to find parking space elsewhere. Furthermore we only got 1 access key which was inconvenient because we wanted to do own things and meet up with the other couple later but we have to make sure we get back to the apartment on time for the other couple to access the apartment. We found it misleading from the photos with ocean view so we booked for it but it wasn't as we expected. You can only see a little portion of the ocean.

We had free underground parking

We had free underground parking which was good, didnt need to pay extra. Facilities available were good & the heated spa was wonderous! Location is great, u can open your verandah & bedroom doors & just listen to the ocean all day & night which we all absolutely loved. Amenities were old - we found chewing gum on the bottom of the recliner & there was also sand in the recliner. Rang up reception to advise them straight away so they didnt think it was us & decide to charge us later down the track. However they didnt seem to care much as they didnt send a cleaner or anyone up. Other than that the stay was comfortable, cable on tv was minimal with channels but did us just fine with old movies. Reception were lovely lovely people but i'd only go back if it was the last decent place to stay at. We paid $185 a night for 3 nights - so for what we got I dont think it was great value for money. It would definately be value for money around $120-$150 per night.

We would definitely stay here again, great location easy access to shops. We had a great view , we even saw whales and dolphins from our balcony. Friendly and helpful people at the reception.

The staff were friendly and nothing was too hard for them. The view was stunning. I think it was value for money and would stay here again.

hôtel très bien situé pour se rendre en bus dans les centres commerciaux , les parcs à thèmes etc... une réceptionniste parlant français, personnel sympa. l'appartement tout à fait correct , mais très froid en hiver.
seul regret : spa et piscine extérieurs seulement.

location was good . Walking distasnce to the shops and bus stops. The bathrooms were a bit run down. Pillows coulds be replaced. Suggest taking your own.

Excellent new apartment, fantastic outdoor pool/spa. Lovely service, and great facilities. Large rooms. We got a great deal on the apartment, so pricing was excellent.
