The hotel is located on the corner of Beach Road and Surfers Paradise Blvd, only a short walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Guests can enjoy free use of full resort facilities including tropical outdoor pool, spa, steam room, outdoor BBQ's, tennis and squash courts. Other hotel facilities include 24 hour internet caf, on-site bottleshop, 24 hour reception, tour desk, on-site car rental, laundry facilities and limited undercover parking.

very central, had everything I needed, including undercover parking. easy walk to everything. nightclub loud but it is in the building and I knew it was when I booked, still able to sleep. would reccommend hotel and will stay there again.

This was the first time we stayed
This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We had 2 hotel rooms and 1 one bedroom apartment on level 8. It definitely wasn't worth the money we paid for. Firstly, the balcony and the bathrooms were falling apart. The iron in one of the rooms didn't work. There was no ironing board. The show curtain didn't close properly and there wasn't a lock on the bathroom door. The TV didn't work properly. The wireless didn't reach Level 8. The room service that was supposed to be available until "late" finished at 8:30PM. The kitchen appliances in the apartment were old and dirty. The mattresses were uncomfortable. and the service was horrible. The carpets were stained. The only a/c in the apartment was in the bedroom. The only good thing about this hotel was the central location. We were 2 minutes away from Cavill Ave Mall and 5 minutes from the Harbour Town Bus Stop and the beach. Overall, we were very disappointed with the hotel and will not be staying there again.

Well I would gladly stay at this
Well I would gladly stay at this hotel anytime. The price was fantastic and being right in the heart of it all was just great. The decor probably a bit dated in some respects, but the room was clean and the view i had form the 11th floor (top floor) was fabulous - I know i'll be going back there if I need to stay on the Coast for business again.

On the whole, this was a very good experience except that the bar only caters for CASH and not credit CARD. That was very offputting. Also food and drinks should be able to be paid together not separately.
