- Club Suites are located from the 14th to the 17th floor and offer lavish appointments including a King sized bed, private balcony and an open planned lounge with bar and a dining table to seat four. Great location if your sole destination
Great location if your sole destination is the casino - just don't expect speed from the monorail service (which gets you over to Broadbeach shops)! Room itself was good, but general vibe of the hotel's public areas occasionally unpleasant, thanks to overwhelming numbers of casino patrons and security staff.

The staff and services at Jupiters
The staff and services at Jupiters were amazing. Also, the pre-stay service we got from Hotel Club was excellent including the amazing savings they passed onto us. I will definitely be using Hotel Club again for my travels.

Wonderful location (right next
Wonderful location (right next door to a huge Shopping complex called Pacific Fair). They are one block away from the beach - just catch the monorail ($2 p/person) to another shopping centre positioned close to the beach and you will be on the white sandy beach within minutes! The hotel has many restaurants and bars to choose from and the casino has loads of poker machines as well as gaming tables and the TAB (eg. horse racing betting). Heaps of self-parking or you can pay $15 for Valet parking. The rooms have all been renovated and very tasteful. The Eastern side has views of the ocean or the Western views of the sunset .. your choice :) From our balcony we saw a variety of small pools around a big pool under palm trees - looked wonderfully refreshing and relaxing!
