- Club Suites are located from the 14th to the 17th floor and offer lavish appointments including a King sized bed, private balcony and an open planned lounge with bar and a dining table to seat four. Excellent service. Our room had
Excellent service. Our room had 2 double beds which wasn't what we wanted. They were too small and uncomfortable to both sleep in together. This was dissappointing but everything else was great.

The room we had was a bit old.
The room we had was a bit old. Apparently most rooms have been renovated but I would have liked a more modern decor rather than florals. Great location and facilities, service could have been a bit more genuine.

Some staff and services were excellent
Some staff and services were excellent yet this was compromised by some services, e.g. valet parking and porters as being unhelpful and making excuses about being too busy to help. The Spinners Cafe was very average food and Room Service was overpriced. However the Buffet breakfast in Food Fantasy was excellent. Beds were great but mini bar overpriced. A mixed bag really.

Great hotel, the room was great
Great hotel, the room was great and the view out the window was stunning. Only problem was the hotel reception was up one floor from the foyer and coming from the carpark was not cleared signed.

The food outlets at the Casino
The food outlets at the Casino were excellent. Only minor criticisms were that we were given a twin when we booked a King; and the door locking mechanism didn't work on our first night...nothing major...would stay there again.
