Fantastic Service! All staff were very polite and courteous. Great roomy rooms, well kept, and clean...we had an absolute ball staying at Conrad Jupiters. We've already booked to stay there again!

Everything was pretty good but
Everything was pretty good but if you wanted a real coffee after 10pm you are out of luck. Not much open after 10pm on a Tuesday night.

Internet access - Goodness me ! In this age of modern IT enviroment, broadband are STANDARD requirement, and is supposedly provided FREE . But, room guests have to pay AU$25 for 24 hours access. I dont get it ! Food Fanstascy Buffet - A TOTAL disappointment. After all the hype and rave reviews, i was utterly dismay with the range of so-called SEAFOOD spectacular on Monday night. Just a plate of prawns on display. Where are the crabs and oysters ? ? To be fair, the price of AU$40 per pax is reasonable. Perhaps, it was the case of OVER-advertisement !! Check-In and Check-Out was pretty efficient, befitting the stature of a 5 Star hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool area was great with cold water freely available, although i found the food was alittle pricey by the pool as opposed to inside the casino.
