Set amid one of the longest strips of pristine beach in the world surrounded by lush hinterland ranges, Jupiters Hotel and Casino Gold Coast, is the perfect oasis for an unforgettable holiday. Situated on Broadbeach Island, in the heart of Queensland's famous Gold Coast, the Jupiters Hotel and Casino is a 20-minute drive from the Coolangatta Airport and an hour from Brisbane Airport. Car Parking Notice: 'Self' carparking is complimentary, valet parking is available for $20 per per day. Please note the swimming pool will be closed between Monday 01 July -Thursday 11 July 2013 inclusive. During this time the pool will undergo a full maintenance overhaul / refurbishment.

Club Suites are located from the 14th to the 17th floor and offer lavish appointments including a King sized bed, private balcony and an open planned lounge with bar and a dining table to seat four. Executive Floor Room

Loved staying there and will definately

Loved staying there and will definately do so again. The only thing that really is minor is that we had 2 lights that did not work and obviously the staff do not check these things after each guest vacates and before the next guests arrive, it is a little annoying to have to do that yourself as you usually only turn on a particular light when you need it.

Staff at reception is not at all

Staff at reception is not at all helpful. in fact rude. Whilst the hotel was good, the overall experience were damaged by the poor service, especially at the reception. Much more can be done to improve the level of courtesy and the willingness and/or ability to help guest.

bed making was not good. I thought

bed making was not good. I thought the sheets have not been freshly changed, I also smelled cosmetic when I climb into the bed
