Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Couldn't fault them at all during our visit! Close to Pacific Fair (a huge shopping complex). Valet parking was quick and efficient. Checking in was smooth. Great room - they have all been renovated tastefully. Different type of restaurants to choose from (Italian, Chinese, Buffet, Fine Dining, Cafe etc). Service was excellent. Casino has a huge variety of gaming machines and areas. There were bars dotted through the place. Would certainly return!

It is always a pleasure to stay
It is always a pleasure to stay at Conrad Jupiters Hotel & Casino. The staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend a stay there. By the way, you don't need to take your pillow, they have a pillow menu. Was very impressed.

Overall it was great - however

Had a Special deal was given room with view of roof.However room was clean , there is lot's of facilties, Heated Pool and two spas, Gym, Restaurant's Bar's Live Shows and Access to Monorail that takes you over the the Oasis Shopping Centre.

Really enjoyed our time here,
Really enjoyed our time here, it was in a great location and quite close to shops and beaches. Unfortunately I would probably give it 4 stars instead of 5, as we found it a little expensive, a little inpersonal due to size, and we experienced long delays at checkout time. Room was okay, however as it contained 2 queen size beds (for only a couple), seemed a little cramped.

Nice hotel with the price to match
Nice hotel with the price to match but lots of facilities and has its own monorail station, towards the end of the beach but easy to travel on the monorail. I left my shoes at the hotel and they sent mydelf a letter asking if i wanted them returned, very nice service.

I haven't stayed here for several years and my recent stay was much better than I remembered. The room was clean and had all the modern conveniences. My only complaint was that the room was noisy due to the music from the downstairs bars.
