Nice stay, rooms are ok, lots
Nice stay, rooms are ok, lots of things to do, great location. Standard rooms, unless on special are overpriced. I was just lucky to have got a special.

The room was large and clean.
The room was large and clean. The pool and gym facilities were very good. The restaurants were good but over-priced. I found the location to be poor. There is simply nothing in the immediate area. Even the beach is a 20 minute walk.

bed making was not good. I thought

We enjoyed our stay and the staff
We enjoyed our stay and the staff were generally friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept. However, the checking out experience I had with one of the counter staff spoiled my good impression with hotel. Nonetheless, there are still many friendly staff. Good Luck.

Staff at reception is not at all
Staff at reception is not at all helpful. in fact rude. Whilst the hotel was good, the overall experience were damaged by the poor service, especially at the reception. Much more can be done to improve the level of courtesy and the willingness and/or ability to help guest.

Internet access - Goodness me
Internet access - Goodness me ! In this age of modern IT enviroment, broadband are STANDARD requirement, and is supposedly provided FREE . But, room guests have to pay AU$25 for 24 hours access. I dont get it ! Food Fanstascy Buffet - A TOTAL disappointment. After all the hype and rave reviews, i was utterly dismay with the range of so-called SEAFOOD spectacular on Monday night. Just a plate of prawns on display. Where are the crabs and oysters ? ? To be fair, the price of AU$40 per pax is reasonable. Perhaps, it was the case of OVER-advertisement !! Check-In and Check-Out was pretty efficient, befitting the stature of a 5 Star hotel

The room we had was a bit old.
The room we had was a bit old. Apparently most rooms have been renovated but I would have liked a more modern decor rather than florals. Great location and facilities, service could have been a bit more genuine.
