Swish Gold Coast resort in a beautiful setting
Looking out over manicured lawns on the outskirts of Surfers Paradise, the RACV Royal Pines Resort is sleek and contemporary. Guests are enveloped in five-star luxury, from the beautifully presented dishes served in the hotel's four restaurants to the hushed environs of the spa. The staff at the RACV Royal Pines were some of the friendliest and most helpful I have met anywhere. The accommodation was first class as were the facilities. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who wished a great holiday on the Gold Coast.

The holtel facilities are really
The holtel facilities are really good but the staff professionalism spoils every thing. It took reception more than 2 hrs to check us in. I booked 2 rooms through Hotel Club and they could find only one. We were also billed for some dinner at Kalinda Restaurant that we never took. Even being assured at checkout time that I wont be charged, my credit card was charged. I left messages for RACV's account section to call me back but never got a call back. Still trying to sort that out. I dont think I will stay there again.

A fantastic place to stay but
A fantastic place to stay but just one tip - don't make an international call from your room. I found out the hard way that they charge $6 per minute i.e $118 for 2 calls home! I was gob-smacked with that charge!

My husband A... & I had the best
My husband A... & I had the best experience. The customer service was great, the food was fantastic and the overall vibe of the place was tranquil. We would like to make special mention of the In Room Dining Jesse who serviced our needs with the utmost professionalism after we advised her that we don't drink alcohol beverage and quickly made the transition to non-alcoholic drinks. And since it was A...'s birthday the hotel staff made him feel special by acknowledging his birthday. We were happy with our stay.
