Nice welcome with lovely reception
Nice welcome with lovely reception staff. Room a bit hard to find with long corridors, lifts and walkways but ok. Room was large and had king bed but very dated (gold taps etc very 80"s). Lovely pool and again service. Id stay again as its so convenient for lovely shopping, restaurants etc. Hotel could probably do with a bit of a makeover but still nice, lovely pool and location.

We reserved 5 rooms as a Christmas
We reserved 5 rooms as a Christmas treat for my staff and all said what a lovely time they had and how much they enjoyed the hotel and it facilties

exceptional pools, lobby, restaurant
exceptional pools, lobby, restaurant and all other facilities but rooms were a little dated. although did have spa and plasma tv were a little small and old. overall well worth staying adn recommend

We were delighted with this hotel.
We were delighted with this hotel. The room was spacious with a lovely relaxing outlook over the pool and palms. The evening buffet was excellent, fresh tasty prawns, crabs and oysters in abundance along with a range of other dishes to tempt the most discerning gourmet. Our only complaint was that our stay was too short.

i found this resort to be outstanding in both service and quality.food was fantastic bar staff particully good(oyster bar)and being just out of the hussle and bussle made it even better.a must stay resort.

We tried to view a Movie & found
We tried to view a Movie & found audio impossible to understand.Also the picture very,very,very poor.After 10 mins stopped.At departure we reported the pathetic situation but no offer of refund.Fraud really !! The free to air TV picture was excellent.Staff wrote down our complaint & said they would pass it on.
