Great Hotel
We had an amazing stay here. We had been traveling throughout Australia for 2 weeks and this was by far the best one yet. The rooms were very clean along with the bathrooms. They had laundry facilities as well as a good gym for a hotel and we right down the street from the beach and the strip.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
Across the street at the Q1 they have an aazing observation floor and bar. It cost $21 to get in but if you go about 30 minutes before sunset you can grab some drinks and watch the sunset behind the mountains with the best view on the gold coast.

Free upgrade to higher level & early check-in. we were delighted. Great view out our window of the beach & directly opposite Q1, Enjoyed pool & spa deck.....Great pool-side service: Had towels & food delivered to us However when we looked up & around we noticed that it was prob the 'Only' hotel in Surfers that doesnt have balconies!!?? Loved the personal touch of the welcome message with my name on the TV. unfortunately - Heating in our room didnt work at all though. Food was delicious (dinner and breakfast) Great for a weekend, however - I personally wouldn't recommend a stay there for a longer period due to the lack of a balcony

The Hotel was close to shops & beach. Two wonderful pools & spas with great views. Parking was underground/ lockup that you paid $5p.n. , but that need to be explained to you. Good size room. We would stay here again
